It’s a beautiful day in Columbia, SC

It is 85 degrees and blue skies.  Columbia is a great weather city.  December to February are our coldest months.  But I can still play tennis – just have to layer the clothing.  Our real estate market is steady.  Listings are taking longer to sell but we do have sales.  I specialize in helping women in transition with real estate.  By that I mean, divorcees, widows, seniors, moving up, moving down, etc.  I’ve been through some of these situations and my experience helps my clients.  If you need any info about Columbia, SC, just ask.
